How to use, based on the product label
- Wash your hands.
- Let the oil be at room temperature.
- Lie on your side, the ear you want to treat facing up.
- Gently pull the outer ear back and up.
- Put 2–3 drops into the ear with the dropper.
- Gently rub just in front of the ear for a few seconds.
- Stay lying down for 5–10 minutes.
- Sit up and wipe the outside of the ear only.
Important
- For the ear only. Do not swallow.
- Never push the dropper, cotton bud or tissue inside the ear.
- If you have ear pain, discharge, bleeding, a hole in the eardrum or past ear surgery, see a doctor before use.
- Stop if you feel burning or irritation.
